Judit joined the Tom Lantos Institute in June 2021 as Finance Manager. She graduated from the College of Finance and Accounting and the Budapest University of Economic Sciences with a degree in  Business Administration. She studied as a scholarship holder at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and had the opportunity to work as an intern in various banking sectors in Germany. She is a registered accountant and a certified tax advisor.

During her career she has worked for an international auditing firm, an advertising agency as controlling manager, and she was the CFO for AC Nielsen Market Research Hungary. Since 2004, she has been working in the non-profit sector, mainly for international organisations and educational institutions.

She speaks English and German.
