TLI is happy to involve interns in its work for advancing human and minority rights. We value the skills and perspectives interns can bring to our work.
Internship positions last typically between 3 to 6 months and are part-time (3 days a week, 4-5 hours a day), however, this can vary depending on individual circumstances. Interns at TLI help organise our events, and assist the staff in tasks that underpin our work e.g. background research, administration, proofreading etc.
During their stay, interns have an opportunity to gain experience, knowledge and skills relevant in an international human and minority rights organisation. We aim to assist interns in their professional development. Hence the selection of program areas, projects and tasks for an individual intern takes into account the intern’s interests and wishes as well as the needs of the TLI. In addition, we try to create opportunities for interns to network and to attend events and conferences.
Our working language is mostly English, thus a good command of English is necessary.
TLI internships are unpaid.
