Various publications were recently completed with the cooperation of local communities as part of TLI’s project on the past, present and future of Jewry in the Hungarian countryside.

The Day of Remembrance took place in Sátoraljaújhely on the 16th of October this year. TLI has been supporting the series of events held by the local community for the past three years and this year was no exception. To compliment the memorial and the academic conference held on the day, the organizers also published a booklet that includes the names of the victims of the Shoah from Sátoraljaújhely.
