In 2019, TLI launched a Global Minority Rights Newsletter, a quarterly publication aimed at disseminating regional and global minority rights news. The content of the newsletters is based on TLI’s own research, information collected from the alumni of the Global Minority Rights Summer School, and from participants of the Regional Forums on Minority Issues. The newsletters provide information on normative developments, and institutional frameworks and mechanisms related to the human rights of minorities, as well as news about relevant events and other participatory opportunities.

Since 2021, the format of the newsletter was changed in accordance with feedback received through a wide-scale assessment. Now, relevant news is posted multiple times a week in the “News” section of Minority Forum Info. At the end of each month, this news is collated into a mailing that is disseminated to partners via e-mail.
