Boglárka began working at the Tom Lantos Institute as a Programme Assistant for the Jewish Life and Countering Antisemitism and Roma Rights and Citizenship programmes in September 2022. She holds degrees in Film Studies, English Literature and Law.

Boglárka began her career at the Hungarian National Television, then worked at the Canadian Embassy as a programme assistant to the Ambassador. Prior to joining the Tom Lantos Institute, she spent six years at the Budapest office of the Open Society Foundations (OSF) as a grants officer in the Department of Grants Management. While at OSF, she was responsible for managing and supervising grants for various international organisations, as well as for training OSF staff and grantees on the grant-making process. Boglárka speaks Hungarian, English, German, French and Spanish.
